  • Glory in the West (GIW) is a 4-bed Enhanced Behavioral Support Home (EBSH) and Adult Residential Facility serving individuals ages 18–59.

  • GIW provides 24-hour, non-medical care and supervision in a delayed egress setting designed to promote safety and stability. The home serves up to four individuals, each with a private bedroom, in alignment with EBSH requirements. Services include person-centered planning, positive behavior support, implementation of individualized behavior support plans, social skills development, and crisis prevention and intervention.

The program utilizes enhanced staffing and supervision to support individuals with complex behavioral needs. Clinical support is provided by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), who oversee and implement behavior intervention plans and skill-building programs. All staff are trained in behavior support, emergency response, and ongoing competency development. Services are delivered in accordance with DDS requirements, emphasizing positive behavior supports, trauma-informed care, and least restrictive practices.

  • Glory in the West EBSH specializes in supporting adults with developmental disabilities who present with significant behavioral challenges requiring enhanced supports beyond traditional residential services. This includes individuals with histories of physical and/or verbal aggression, property destruction, self-injurious behavior (SIB), inappropriate social or sexual behaviors, and elopement/AWOL risk.

The program is designed to provide intensive behavioral support, increased staffing, and structured interventions to help individuals stabilize, build skills, and successfully function in a community-based setting. EBSH services are intended for individuals who might otherwise be at risk of more restrictive placements, emphasizing community integration and individualized care.
