Supporting Residents Across a Range of Needs
MARS supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across a wide range of abilities and support needs. Today, we serve over 50 individuals in Central California and have supported more than 100 individuals since our founding in 2006.
We welcome individuals with diverse clinical, behavioral, and personal support needs, including but not limited to:
Intellectual disabilities
Autism spectrum disorder
Seizure disorders and neurological conditions
Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
Psychiatric diagnoses such as schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder
Language and communication barriers
Mobility limitations and daily living support needs
Special dietary or medical requirements
Substance use histories
Behavioral challenges, including impulsivity, aggression, or self-injurious behavior
Safety awareness concerns, including elopement or wandering
Inclusive Support
We aid both verbal and non-verbal individuals and provide personalized care for those requiring assistance with mobility, daily living skills, and behavioral stabilization.
MARS serves adults of all genders and backgrounds through an inclusive, culturally responsive approach. We work closely with families, regional centers, and clinical teams to ensure appropriate placement, coordinated care, and long-term success for each individual we support.
