Growth. Purpose. Community.

Life at MARS

Shaped by the people who show up each day with a passion for supporting others. MARS reflects a culture of shared responsibility, steady growth, and commitment to the individuals and communities we serve.

Where Work Meets Care

Our work is built through connection. Teams are present, involved, and engaged in the daily rhythms of each home, supporting individuals in ways that are both practical and personal.

Beyond the Front Door

Responsibility doesn’t end at our facilities.

MARS collaborates with regional centers, regulatory partners, and advocacy organizations to strengthen standards, promote rights-based education, and support accountability across the communities we serve.

Our team engages with the Prader-Willi California Foundation community, collaborates closely with Central Valley Regional Center and the California Department of Social Services, and welcomes Disability Rights California into our homes for ongoing education and dialogue. These relationships deepen our understanding, reinforce transparency, and strengthen the support provided inside each home.

Acknowledgment from community partners reflects the standards that define our approach.

Recognition & Impact

MARS Group was recognized for excellence in service, innovation, and advocacy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Outstanding Provider Award reflects a commitment to person-centered HCBS compliance, strong collaboration with community partners, and a standard of care that goes beyond housing to create supportive homes.
