  • Negotiated rate RFP Community Placement Plan (CPP) project (Level 4I Specialized). This program is designed to operate as an Adult Residential Facility (ARF), (all male) ranging from 18 to 59 years of age, with wild to moderate intellectual disabilities and co-occurring mental health diagnoses.

  • 24 hour supervision, Enriched staff ratio, Private rooms, Window/door chimes, Egress Alert System, Supportive training, Emergency response training, Modified environment, Crisis Prevention Intervention, Trained/experienced staff, Supervision by a Licensed Psychiatric Technician

  • Planning and implementing treatment for developmentally disabled individuals who currently are or have a history of mental health problems, maladaptive behaviors such as inappropriate sexual behaviors, physical and verbal aggression, property destruction, compulsive eating, special diets, PICA, and Polydipsia.
